OUR PARTNER ORGANIZATION PROCESS
Three Stages
Incoming partner
An incoming partner works with UIIS to meet pre-set onboarding requirements for ~6 month period. The partner organization is in close contact with the UIIS VP of Recruitment and Onboarding to acclimate the incoming partner organization to the UIIS structure, current partners, and our vast body of resources.
Advising partner
Once an official partner organization successfully provides at least one investment to entrepreneurs in their local communities, they become an advising partner who works closely with our VP of Partnerships. Along with the ability to nominate alumni and members to the National Board, advising partners also have a UIIS representative within the UIIS National Board to guide the direction of our organization.
Official partner
An official partner signs a contract to officially join UIIS after completing their preset goals with our VP of Onboarding. Official partners are able to nominate alumni and members to the National Board, while continuing monthly calls and communicating with the VP of Partnerships.
No matter where a UIIS partner school is on their journey, all UIIS partners receive access to an ever-growing benefits list, including but not limited to:
